From elevated walkways to forest treks and a 220-metre Cavern inspired by Sarawak’s Mulu Caves, the experience immerses visitors in a Southeast Asian rainforest adventure. To fulfil HDB’s vision of developing Bidadari Park as an ecologically sensitive regional park at the heart of Bidadari Estate, the design focuses on the interactions between the urban hardscape and the surrounding greenery. Designed to enhance urban liveability, it employs place-making and connectivity strategies to foster long-term community engagement while providing environmental benefits. As Lead Consultant, CPG Consultants collaborated with landscape architect Henning Larsen, alongside BECA and AECOM, to deliver the project for the Housing & Development Board, National Parks Board Singapore, and Singapore’s National Water Agency (PUB), shaping a vibrant green space that seamlessly integrates community and nature.
